After winning El Triplete last season, Barcelona fans have to be wondering what is in store for this season and how can they possibly surpass last season's history.

I know how they can do it, by becoming the 1st team in European history to win a SEXTUPLE. Mathematically speaking it would be a doubling of the Treble that was won last season.

The Sensational Sextuple consists of: Spanish Super Cup, UEFA Super Cup, FIFA Club World Cup, La Liga, Copa Del Rey, and UEFA Champions League. The Blaugrana are already 1/3rd of the way to doing it with their Spanish Super Cup victory and UEFA Super Cup triumph against Shaktar Donetsk in extra time.

After Manchester United won the Champions League 2 seasons ago, there was similar talk. However it was a Septuple that was at stake with FA Community Shield, UEFA Super Cup, Premiership, FA Cup, Carling Cup, FIFA Club World Cup and UEFA Champions League as the targets.

It didn't happen cause Manchester United wasn't good enough and the task was just too great. Barcelona has one less trophy to go after but it seems like Barca might have the talent, depth, and coaching to pull it off.

After the treble last year, the Sextuple is the only way that Barca can surpass the magic of 2008-09. They've won 2 and have 4 to go. These next 4 are the most difficult to win but it will be fun to watch.
