COLOMBIA PREVIEW – ROUND 11

The 2010 Apertura championship continues this weekend in Colombia. In one of the most important matches of round 11, America de Cali will host Millonarios at the Pascual Guerrero Stadium. Both teams are not having the best of seasons as both are located in the bottom half of the standings, but it’s a match full of history as Los Millos and the Red Devils are the two most successful clubs in Colombia with regards to league championships won.

Santa Fe and Nacional will go head-to-head in another exciting derby match. Both teams can solidify their aspirations for the Apertura title with a win at the Campín. Meanwhile, league leaders Medellín will face Cúcuta at home in hopes of a victory that can keep them at the top spot of the standings. Cúcuta will look to surprise everyone as the underdogs as they continue their quest to avoid relegation. I will be calling that match on Gol TV tonight live at 9:30pm, so make sure to tune in!
