According to FIFA.com, Australia, Belgium and the Netherlands, England, Indonesia, Japan, Mexico, Russia, Spain and Portugal, and the USA made bids for both '18 & '22. Korea Republic and Qatar have sent a bid the 2022 FIFA World Cup only.
