The Philadelphia Union announced on Wednesday that the Spanish side will begin touring the United States in the summer over in the City of Brotherly Love.Soccer fans in the States were like this when news of Valencia coming to America this summer...

Well many anti-soccer were probably, too. Nonetheless, it is a huge step in the right direction for La Liga to market sides outside of the Real Madrid and Barcelona abroad. The club also realized the immense potential that there is in these tours in order to generate money that will allow them to get out of their financial woes.

The big question of this issue is whether David Villa and David Silva will be present since they are once again on the transfer radar of the two Spanish giants as well as other big European clubs.
