Schalke agree to benefit match

The tragedy at the Love Parade in Duisberg rocked the German people. German side Schalke 04 has decided to help out the friends and family of the victims of this accident by joining forces with MSV Duisberg in an effort to help out in this time of need.

Schalke coach Felix Magath and players will make a "small contribution" in an effort to help ease the pain of the people that lost family members this past weekend in the stampede that claimed of 20 people.

The club's official website mentioned that the plans for benefit match for the victims were underway.  The benefit will take place at the Schauinsland-Reisen-Arena, the home of MSV Duisburg. The two clubs will announce the date and further details in the next few days.
