Amid all of the outside the doors of the Ezeiza sports complex, home of the Argentine Football Association (AFA), the inevitable occurred. Around 22 individuals got on the national team's flight to Johannesburg on Friday.
On the flight were barrabrava (hooligan) leaders of the Boca firm Marcelo Aravena and Mauro Martín. These individuals have been indicted in cases of extortion, money laundering, and murder during their respective times under notorious Boca leader Rafael Di Zeo.
Along with these two were the leaders of the top firms from Estudiantes and Nueva Chicago.
